You can pay through escrow systems of freelance platforms such as Fiverr or Upwork (please note that these platforms may charge additional VAT or service fees). These platforms hold your payment securely and release it only after you confirm that you are satisfied with the work.

If we fail to meet our obligations or you are not satisfied with the result, you can request a 100% refund through the platform.

Alternatively, we can issue an official invoice for direct payment.

For projects over $2,000, we can split the payment into multiple milestone-based installments, agreed upon in advance.

The project price depends on several factors:

• the number of pages
• design complexity
• required functionality
• whether the design is created from scratch or fully redesigned

We always offer custom pricing tailored to your business goals, technical requirements, and expectations — no generic packages, no hidden fees.

By default, we do not upload full product catalogs, as each store differs in the number of products, variants, and data structure.

We will add sample products and fully configure the product template. You can then easily upload the rest using Shopify’s built-in admin tools.

If you need full catalog upload, we can calculate and offer this service separately.
