Digital products and audit reports are delivered electronically after payment. Services are performed according to the agreed scope of work between Step-Media and the client.

3. Digital Product License (Shopify Themes)

When purchasing a Shopify theme or digital product from Step-Media, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product.

You MAY:

•       use the theme on your Shopify store

•       modify the theme for your own use

You may NOT:

•       resell the theme

•       redistribute the theme

•       share the theme publicly

•       sell copies of the theme

•       claim authorship of the theme

All intellectual property rights remain the property of Step-Media.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc.

We reserve the right to refuse any order, cancel suspicious orders, or limit quantities purchased. If an order is cancelled, we will notify the customer via email.

5. Accuracy of Information
